Baltic Sea Day at the Finlandia Hall Bistro

27.8.2026

18.00

Karamzininranta 4

The Bistro at Finlandia Hall will host a Baltic Sea-themed dinner that combines Finnish flavours with a maritime vibe. The Baltic Sea theme goes hand in hand with Finlandia Hall’s culinary philosophy and values. You’ll enjoy a laidback yet high-quality dining experience in which the Baltic Sea will play a major role in both the flavours and the selection of ingredients.

We’ll serve a five-course menu favouring fish species that are sustainable for the Baltic Sea, such as herring, bream and roach, paired with sustainably grown vegetables. These ingredients are intended to support the well-being of the Baltic Sea and highlight how food choices can affect the environment.

The menu’s flavours are inspired by Finnish nature and the archipelago. The dishes present familiar ingredients with a modern twist, in which fish, vegetables and fermented flavours complement each other harmoniously. Vegetables and plant proteins play an important role and round out the flavours of the sea.

This menu will be served at Finlandia Bistro over two days: on Thursday, 27 August, as part of the Baltic Sea Festival, and on Friday, 28 August. You can book a table for 18:00 onwards. The price of the menu is €69.

Come and enjoy a relaxing culinary evening with the flavours of sustainable ingredients that benefit the Baltic Sea!
